- All Chiltern practice staff are committed to providing the highest standards of osteopathic care and service.
It is each practitioner’s intention that, through effective osteopathic treatment, each patient will develop an understanding and awareness of their problem in order to reduce the risk of reoccurrence or aggravation. The aim of working with each patient is to obtain the maximum benefit out of a minimum number of treatment sessions.

We are covered by most PHI (private health insurance) companies. If you intend to use your insurance to pay for treatment, please check before commencing treatment.
Please note that you will be asked to settle your invoice at the time of each visit, whether or not you intend to claim fees from your PHI company. Generally we prefer that you settle fees directly with us then claim from your insurance company, using the detailed receipts we provide for this purpose.
We would also advise you to confirm in advance with your PHI that they agree that your claim is valid and obtain a claim, or pre-authorisation number. The advisor will also tell you whether or not your GP needs to sign your claim before you visit us.
